Audit Senior Associate
Identified and reported findings on all varieties of audits to analyze, track and trend quality for 5 claims teams of approximately 20 examiners per team. Mentored these teams, sitting in on monthly meetings and working closely with examiners struggling with quality goals.
• Performed additional responsibilities while maintaining current workload while department staffing level was reduced by 25%.
• Maintained all quality goals during entire tenure in this position.
• Wrote new procedure to expedite process of submitting information requests for denied claims while serving on the Policy and Procedures committee for 4 years.
• Collected and distributed monthly quality reports for each client group to both the claims and the customer service departments. Compiled a report for examiners who achieved 100% quality and created a certificate for each of them.
