IT Project Manager at Cisco Systems, Inc.
o. Implemented eCredit; a third party application used by the credit managers worldwide to improve the management of credit exposure to large commercial accounts.
o. Overcame dozens of technical, security, and bureaucratic challenges to implement a software on a non-standard operating system.
o. Orchestrated the efforts of a team of 20 people in 5 locations while we designed & coded 7 complicated data interfaces, wrote & executed 550 test cases, created dozens of new business processes, trained the users in 7 countries, and coordinated efforts with the vendor while maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Work Experience (earlier)

Business Analyst at the Electric Power Research Institute
o. Managed the a 2 year ($5M) project to migrate www.epri.com to the BEA AquaLogic web portal while implementing the security and export controls required by the U.S. Dept. of Energy (because EPRI does nuclear research).
o. Created the Compliance Team which acted as the governance group for the 80 specialty websites.
o. Coordinated the efforts of 3 Business Analysts and 4 developers.
