Specific expertise entails Superfund allocation; RCRA corrective action; environmental audits; regulatory compliance counseling; and real estate transactions, including due diligence. Relevant supportive technical experience encompasses experience in environmental engineering and construction. Activities involved research, design and construction of wastewater treatment facilities, hazardous waste remediation, air pollution studies, and hazardous material evaluation

A professional engineer experienced in project management, environmental engineering, and construction; designed and constructed nuclear and fossil power plants and water and wastewater treatment facilities; characterized hazardous and mixed wastes and designed treatment/disposal systems; and, performed technical consulting in the following areas: air pollution, regulatory compliance, nuclear physics, and occupational safety and hygiene, including process safety management.
